Description
The Hibupen is a 73mm, 11g topwater pencil from HAL's Halcyon System range, designed for splash-and-short-slide surface presentations. A stainless plate mounted under the front eye generates a crisp splash sound alongside the action to trigger feeding strikes.
Its short travel distance on each slide is aimed at reducing missed strikes, and it is noted for markedly improving hook-up rates on kibire and kurodai (black bream species). Colour options include #09 M-Silver Shad, #11 C-PKC, #19 GLP-Bora and #29 H-Inakko.
