Information

The swimming action

Carries Forest's classic MIU colour lineup and swimming shape, producing an occasional feeding-trigger action on an otherwise steady, predictable retrieve through stocked water at a typical, unhurried area-lake pace throughout.

When to throw it

A stocked-lake mainstay running from colours built for highly active, feeding trout through to options aimed at cautious, feeding-shy fish later in a session as conditions and light levels change.

How to work it

Retrieve at a steady, even pace throughout; the occasional trigger action combined with the right colour choice is what draws the strike, not aggressive rod work or erratic twitching of the tip.

The setup it likes

Pairs with a light area-trout rod (UL-L power, fast taper), a 1000-2500 size spinning reel and 2-3 lb fluorocarbon or nylon main line, fished without a separate leader as is standard for area-lake spoons of this size.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?

Yes. Every item is genuine, sourced only through authorised distributors — never grey imports or marketplace resellers.
