Information

The swimming action

Carries the same wide-roll MIU action into native water, holding its swimming depth on both up- and down-current casts, with a sensitive blade that translates rod work into subtle, believable movement.

When to throw it

Sized for mountain streams, main rivers and lakes rather than stocked ponds, with a colour lineup built to cope with seasonal shifts in water temperature and clarity through the native trout season.

How to work it

Cast up- or down-current and retrieve at a steady pace to hold both depth and line through the drift; the blade telegraphs bites clearly back through the rod tip on the retrieve.

The setup it likes

Suits a light native-trout rod (L-ML power, fast taper), a 2000 size spinning reel and 3-6 lb fluorocarbon main line, again fished without a separate leader since native spoons of this weight are cast and retrieved direct.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?

Yes. Every item is genuine, sourced only through authorised distributors — never grey imports or marketplace resellers.
