Description

The Forest M2 0.8g is a surface-retrieve area spoon built on the Marshall, one of Forest's tournament-winning designs, and re-tuned to focus on subtle inviting action. It weighs 0.8g and comes fitted with a VANFOOK SP-11F #10 hook.

It holds its running depth and stays close on a slow retrieve without covering much ground, keeps its enticing wobble going throughout, and rises cleanly after the cast without breaching the surface.

Information

The swimming action

A surface-retrieve spoon built on the tournament-proven Marshall shape, re-tuned for a subtle, inviting wobble that holds close to the surface without breaching it, even after a hard, flat cast across open water.

When to throw it

Suited to stocked area-lake trout holding shallow and responding to a slow, close presentation rather than a searching retrieve that covers a lot of ground on each individual cast of a session.

How to work it

A slow, steady retrieve keeps it running just under the surface without breaking through; there is little need to work it hard, since the wobble does the work on its own throughout.

The setup it likes

Pairs with a light area-trout rod (UL-L power, fast taper), a 1000-2500 size spinning reel and 2-3 lb fluorocarbon or nylon main line, fished without a separate leader as is standard for area-lake spoons of this size.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?

Yes. Every item is genuine, sourced only through authorised distributors — never grey imports or marketplace resellers.
