Description
The Last Ace 45 is the 4.5cm micro version of Fukushima Ken's hyper-realistic baitfish swimbait, finished with silver powder dusted under the surface and a clear topcoat for a natural, slick sheen. Original colours have the dark back paint applied only over a narrow area to keep the flanks flashing, while laminate colours layer contrasting materials so the body changes tone as it rolls.
It is designed to be rigged on a nail-weighted hover-strolling set-up for a mid-column presentation, or fished on a dropshot or neko rig for bottom shaking, in situations where a more natural-looking bait is needed to draw a reaction from wary bass.
