The D-Zone 1/2oz Double Indiana carries Morizo Shimizu's Indiana blade front and rear at this weight (blade size front #2 / rear #4). The Indiana blade is built for strong vibration with restrained rotation, and running it front-and-rear keeps the D-Zone's silhouette compact — a combination that suits high-pressure fisheries where overly showy action gets refused, while still delivering a genuinely field-proven, powerful thump.
At 1/2oz it's matched to a medium-light to medium-heavy 6'0"-7'0" baitcasting rod, with 8-16lb fluorocarbon or 10-20lb nylon line. As with the rest of the D-Zone range it carries a hammered blade, a light-wire arm shaped to protect the hook point while maximising hookup ratio, blade-stabilising beads, soldered split rings, and a low-centre-of-gravity head for a stable swimming posture.
