Description
The Fleet is Clue's centre-balance middle-long metal jig, weighing 125g and measuring 108mm. Compared with the Base, its slimmer, elongated shape gives a smaller-amplitude, longer-stroke wobbling action rather than a wide side-to-side slide, so it stays effective on a straight retrieve or slow jigging as well as on fast short-pitch jigging and long jerk strokes.
The slim, low-resistance silhouette makes it easy to wind fast, while the broad side profile keeps the action working across a wide range of retrieve speeds. It's a light-cranking, low-fatigue jig suited to a broad range of bay-area species.
