Information

The swimming action

The Fallten TG at 20g is the tungsten version of the standard Fallten, with a higher specific gravity that gives it a smaller silhouette for the same weight. Built on the same tail-heavy shape, it casts long and falls at an ultra-fast rate.

When to throw it

Suited to light shore jigging for seabass where a compact profile at a given weight is an advantage — clearer water, cautious fish, or when a smaller jig outfishes a bulkier one of the same weight.

How to work it

Cast, let it fall to contact, then work it with a straight retrieve or short lifts, using the ultra-fast fall to keep a clear read on the bottom and to cover a range of depths in one session.

The setup it likes

Pairs with an M–MH 8–9ft shore jigging rod, 3000–4000 reel, PE1.0–1.5 braid and a 20–30lb fluorocarbon leader.

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.
