Information

The swimming action

The Money Badger runs a tight, side-rolling wobble with a rattling vibration, driven by a Flash Disc embedded low in the belly that adds stability and keeps the bait hunting on a true track even at speed.

When to throw it

Built for deep structure work — river ledges, main-lake points, bluff walls and deep timber — where bass sit off bottom in cooler or stained water, typically late spring through autumn.

How to work it

Cast well past the target and grind it down to depth, then work it on a slow-to-fast retrieve, deflecting off cover and bottom contact; a brief pause after contact often draws the strike.

The setup it likes

Pairs well with a 7'6" medium-heavy, moderate-action cranking rod, a low-gear-ratio baitcaster (around 5.4:1) and 12–16 lb fluorocarbon for the depth control a deep crank needs.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?
