Description

A price-point spinning reel carrying over the asymmetrical compact body from ZENON and Revo, along with V-Rotor and V-Spool design. The newly designed body has completely different left and right sides: the housing tightly wraps only the main gear (present solely on the left side) to strip out unnecessary bulk, keeping the body light and compact without thinning out material strength. V-Rotor pairs a small-diameter arbor with a V-shaped wing to cut weight and rotational inertia without sacrificing strength, for a rotor that "spins smoothly and stops sharply." V-Spool slims down the spool skirt - which normally exists to stop slack line wrapping the spool shaft - for a further weight reduction.

The Rocket Management System combines a rocket spool lip for smoother, more even line release, a slow-oscillation system for even line lay across the spool, and a bail designed to control the line loop as it leaves the spool so line passes smoothly through the rod's first guide. A screw-in aluminum handle resists wobble for better bite detection, and a spare aluminum spool is included so anglers can keep different lines pre-spooled for different fishing styles.

How it fishes

Spools and spares
