Description

Enhancer (エンハンサー) is Tiemco's straightforward, standard-design trout rod series, built around a regular taper that bends smoothly through the whole blank for casting, working the lure, and fighting fish. Blanks are regular carbon fitted with Fuji Alconite guides and AA cork grips.

The blank

Enhancer blanks use a regular taper that bends smoothly through the whole rod, loading progressively for casting, working the lure through its action and cushioning the fight rather than concentrating load in the tip alone.

What it's built for

Built for stream and small-river trout fishing, from technical mountain creeks up to mid-stream and main-river water, with different models tuned to twitching presentations, all-round creek coverage or pack-rod travel.

How it fishes

Work small spoons, spinners and minnows with the taper's smooth load, using twitches for the SML model or a steady retrieve for all-round creek work. The CUL model is set up for bait-casting technique instead of spinning.

The setup it likes

Pair with a 1000–2000 spinning reel, or a small baitcaster for the CUL model, 3–8 lb line or equivalent PE, and a light fluorocarbon leader suited to clear stream water.

How is it priced?

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 5 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

10 to 20 business days on Standard (tracked) or Economy, or 3 to 7 business days on Express EMS with tracking and insurance. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

VAT is collected at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery for standard orders.
