Description

The Jimmy Henge Micro is a compact soft-plastic bait built around a popper-style front cup that pushes a surprising amount of water for its size on a sharp twitch, forcing a reaction bite out of neutral fish. Compared with the larger Jimmy Henge 42 and 50, its legs are reshaped to a flatter, vertical profile so the bait reacts more crisply to slower presentations, and a shibo-textured body surface helps it grip the water even at this small scale.

The body is salt-infused to keep the feel and casting weight consistent despite the smaller size, and is moulded with a shrimp powder and shrimp oil formula for scent and flavour to encourage bites. Jackall recommends fishing it on a downshot or Carolina rig with a BESTIE #6 hook, and it is Feco-certified for use in JB/NBC tournaments.

Information

The swimming action

An ultra-slow sinking, non-salt body gives fish a deliberate look before a sharp, darting escape action fires, with a front cup pushing water beyond what the bait's size suggests before flat legs bring it to an abrupt stop.

When to throw it

Built to force a reaction bite out of neutral, pressured bass, suited to approaching spooky fish at distance thanks to its long, accurate casting profile on light spinning tackle in clear water.

How to work it

Cast past the target and work it with a sharp twitch to trigger the escape action, then let it settle on the slow sink; the abrupt stop-start rhythm is what draws the reaction strike.

The setup it likes

A light-to-medium spinning rod around 6'6"-7', a 2500 size reel and 6-10lb fluorocarbon suit this bait's finesse, reaction-triggering presentation on pressured or heavily-fished water throughout the open-water season and beyond.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?

Yes. Every item is genuine, sourced only through authorised distributors — never grey imports or marketplace resellers.
