Jackall Flag Trap Leaf 40g

The Flag Trap Leaf is a flat-bodied super light jigging (SLJ) metal jig from Jackall. Compared with the original Flag Trap, the flattened shape gives a noticeably slower fall, which JACKALL notes is effective for rockfish, flatfish and red seabream that struggle to chase down fast-moving prey. A left-right asymmetric design snaps the jig quickly and reliably into a level fall posture, and it comes standard with an assist hook rigged with a flag tie for extra bite-triggering flash.

This is the 40g size, available in four officially listed colourways. It works well fished with a lift-and-fall retrieve near the bottom, and JACKALL also notes it grips water well enough on a straight retrieve to suit anglers still learning the technique.
