Description

BEYOND ZONE (ビヨンドゾーン) is Jackall's 13ft telescopic shore-casting rod, built for extra-long casting distance while staying light in the hand and stiff enough to fling lures and fight blue-fish (青物). It handles the full range of shore-casting plugs — including JETTROW, iron vibration baits, minnows, pencils and poppers — plus straight-retrieve blade jigs, and is aimed at breakwater and surf casting for blue-fish, sagoshi (young Spanish mackerel) and flatfish.

The telescopic design collapses to 118cm for easy transport and comes with a dedicated tip cover and a rod cover that fits even with the reel attached. Guides are Fuji K-guides (double-foot at the butt) mounted in a specially wrapped carbon-pipe construction that resists shifting, with carbon rings for secure guide fixing, finished in a matte black-tone design.

Two models: BZ-130M (3.96m, 290g, Medium power, lure max 60g, PE max #2.5) and BZ-130MH (3.96m, 300g, Medium power, lure max 80g, PE max #3.0).
