Description
The TYPE-ZERO sits between Jackall's TYPE-I and TYPE-II in the Anchovy Metal metal jig series, giving a fall action the brand describes as moderately flashing — stronger than the TYPE-I, weaker than the TYPE-II. This 130g jig comes in nine colourways here: Glow Stripe, Purple/Glow Stripe, Red Gold Stripe, Tachiuo Purple, Saber Pink, Dragon Chartreuse, Ore Ore Ore Kin, Stealth Black and Bay Purple/Pink Glow Edge.
Its thick, four-sided body is finished in holographic paint on the front, back and both sides, so each face flashes differently to draw the eye of tachiuo (Japanese cutlassfish) as it hunts. The weight is printed large on the eye sticker for fast jig rotation, and Jackall positions the TYPE-ZERO as a beginner-friendly, all-purpose jig in the range.
