Jackall Anchovy Metal TYPE-I 250g

The Anchovy Metal TYPE-I is Jackall's speed-oriented offshore metal jig, built for tachiuo (cutlassfish) jigging but suited to any rapid-fall casting or jigging application. A tail-weighted, rear centre-of-gravity body keeps the amplitude tight and gives the jig a fast, controlled fall so you can hit a target depth quickly, with the fall speed itself useful for triggering reaction bites. At 250g this is the heaviest size in the TYPE-I range, for deep water and strong current where extra weight is needed to hold bottom contact.

A one-pitch short jerk retrieve lets it work a wide layer of the water column at a good tempo, and each jig carries a large weight-marker sticker on the eye so you can tell sizes apart at a glance when rotating through a set. This 250g comes in seven colourways for varying light and water clarity conditions.
