Its dense, compact body gives a fast, tight vibration retrieve for seabass, and it is recommended for rivers, harbours, surf and boat fishing, fitted with a #6 treble hook and #3 split ring.

The Schneider 25 is the largest in the Schneider line, a 73 mm, 25 g sinking vibration bait built to cast far and stay in contact through a deeper 100 cm-plus range, giving a fast, tight vibration retrieve.

When to throw it

Recommended for rivers, harbours, surf and boat fishing, it suits seabass in deeper water than the 13 and 18 models reach.

How to work it

Fish it on a fast, steady retrieve to hold bottom contact and keep the vibration tight through deeper water.

The setup it likes

Pair with an ML–M 8–9 ft spinning rod, a 3000–3500 reel, 10–14 lb (PE 1–1.2) braid and a 18–20 lb fluorocarbon leader.
