Description
The ima Issen 45S MAX is a 45 mm, 4 g sinking minnow built as a big-fish-ready version of the standard Issen 45S, for trout fishing in mountain stream (keiryu) waters. In place of the standard front/rear rolling swivel, it uses a figure-eight ring with front and rear treble hooks for a full big-fish specification.
It is intended for situations where Issen's strong natural performance draws in bigger trout than the angler expected, and the standard rolling-swivel setup starts to feel under-gunned for the fish on the line.
