Redcub Bone (レッドカブボーン) is the Bone ABS colour series of Grassroots' Redcub: the same 64mm, 3/4oz (21g) class topwater noisy crankbait, with a 1.0mm-thick circuit-board lip driving a stainless steel blade for its signature fizzing surface commotion.

The body is high-float ABS, and it comes rigged with a DECOY Treble Y-F33F #4. Target species: bass.

When to throw it

Suited to bass holding shallow and looking up, particularly around calm water, cover and low-light conditions when a noisy topwater presentation draws reaction strikes more readily than a quiet bait would.

How to work it

A steady retrieve keeps the blade fizzing continuously across the surface; pause it over cover or likely holding spots to let the commotion settle before starting the retrieve again from rest.

The setup it likes

Pairs with a medium-heavy baitcasting rod (MH power), a low-profile baitcaster and 12-16 lb fluorocarbon or 30-40 lb braid, fished without a separate leader for this style of noisy topwater bait.
