Ecogear Power Dart Combi 20G

A Power Dart Head jighead and Power Dart Minnow body come pre-rigged with an assist hook, so the dart-and-shimmy action of the minnow is ready to fish straight from the pack with no separate rigging step. The included components carry over the same actions as their individually sold counterparts, so the set fishes exactly as the standalone baits would once rigged.

The 20g weight suits casting distance and depth control in current, surf and open structure where seabass, flatfish and other predators feed on darting baitfish. A useful option for anglers who want a dependable, ready-made light-game selection in a tackle bag without researching and buying each component separately.

Cast and let it sink to the desired depth, then work it with a lift-and-fall retrieve to trigger the dart action; a spare Power Dart Minnow body is included to replace the first once it is torn up. Work through the components methodically across a session, swapping to a different weight or colour combination if the first choice isn't drawing interest.

A medium-power spinning rod, a 3000-4000 reel, 10-16 lb (PE 1-1.5) main line and a 16-20 lb fluorocarbon leader give enough backbone to cast the 20g rig and handle a range of inshore predators. Match rod, reel and line to the jighead weights included in the set rather than to any single component in isolation.
