When to throw it

Built for shallow surf and rough water where a bait needs to bite into the water and stay just under the surface rather than skate up; a shallow-surf seabass lure for slow, patient fishing.

How to work it

Fish it dead slow for the tight rolling action, or wind faster to trigger the wider swing; either way let it fall on a semi-slack line through the pause to draw strikes on the flash and shimmy.
