The TIEMCO Standard Leader (official Japanese name: スタンダードリーダー) is a knotless tapered nylon monofilament leader in Stealth Gray. TIEMCO's official product page describes it as a trustworthy, basic series leader that delivers balanced performance in flexibility, knot strength, water resistance, and breaking strength, with taper designs calibrated for stream trout, saltwater, and bass fishing scenarios.

Available in 7.5FT, 9FT, and 12FT lengths across 0X–7X (with 01X/02X on select lengths), including loop-equipped variants on select 7.5FT and 9FT sizes.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 5 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

10 to 20 business days on Standard (tracked) or Economy, or 3 to 7 business days on Express EMS with tracking and insurance. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

VAT is collected at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine Japanese stock?
