TICT SRAM MSR d-spec (スラムエムエスアールディースペック) is TICT's aji (Japanese horse mackerel) finesse rod line built around a 0.7mm hard solid tip and an aluminium-pipe grip section for a refined feel with ultra-light jigheads.

This listing stocks both d-spec models: the MSR-63AP "d-spec" (6'3"/191.5cm, 52g, 2-piece, 0.2-2.5g lure weight, 1-2lb mono / PE #0.1-0.3) and the MSR-72AP "d-spec" (7'2"/219cm, 64g, 2-piece, 0.8-7g lure weight, 1-3lb mono / PE #0.15-0.35).

The d-spec blanks pair a 0.7 mm hard solid tip with an aluminium-pipe grip section, giving a light, direct feel that transmits everything happening at the jighead without the grip adding extra weight or dulling feedback.

What it's built for

Aimed at ultra-light aji finesse work over structure, current lines and drop-offs where takes are subtle. The MSR-72AP's extra length and power suit slightly deeper water or windier conditions.

How it fishes

Fish a slow, controlled fall and lift, watching the solid tip rather than relying on feel for the take. Keep the rod tip low and let it load progressively into the hookset.

The setup it likes

Match to a 1000 or 2000 spinning reel, 1–3 lb fluorocarbon or PE 0.1–0.35 running line, and a short 1–2 lb fluorocarbon leader for the finest presentations.
