SWAT (スワット) is TENRYU's SHORE-lineup seabass series built around the concept of an "evolved individuality" (進化した個性) — versatility that keeps pace with ever-changing field conditions, refined through long-term field testing to distill only the elements actually needed on the water.

All models use an unsanded blank finish for efficient, no-waste action, with C.N.T. (Carbon Nanotube) composited into the butt section for a sharp casting feel paired with resilient, backbone-retaining bend under load. Guides are titanium-frame K-guides with SiC-S rings, with foot height tuned for smooth line release. The fore grip and reel seat use Nishijin-weave carbon pipe, with a knurled seat ring for grip even with wet hands.
