Description
The Smith Dango Uo DR-High is a 23mm, 1.1g slow-floating micro plug from the Dango Uo range, built with a deeper-diving (DR) lip so it can be cranked down to reach trout that sit below the depth an SR-type lure can cover. Once it has dived to the fish's level, easing off the retrieve lets the buoyant body hang and flutter slowly upward, holding in the strike zone rather than shooting straight back to the surface.
It suits sighted trout that are hanging deeper or moving at pace, where a controlled dive followed by a slow rise gives fish more time to react and commit to the bite.
