The Rodio Craft JEKYLL-B 3.4g is the heavier "B" version of Rodio Craft's JEKYLL trout spoon: a Japanese-made area-trout spoon measuring 36mm long and 11.6mm wide, weighing 3.4g, built around a size #3 hook and a size #2 split ring. It is supplied across a wide range of official colourways, from natural gold and silver through to fluorescent and matte finishes.
It is designed as a searching/catching bait for tackling large or deep-water areas: a roll action that doesn't over-wobble improves the hook-up rate at long range, and it can be worked anywhere from a slow crawl to a fast retrieve. It is effective not only on fish immediately after stocking but also on fish in far-off, less-fished spots that have had time to wise up.
