Description
The Rapala Floating Jointed J7 is a 7cm, 4g balsa two-piece minnow built for a 1.2–1.8m running depth and rigged with two size 6 hooks. The jointed body breaks up its swimming action into a lifelike wriggle at low speed while still tracking tight and true at higher speeds, riding just under the surface with its back breaking the film.
The independently hinged sections keep the lure working even on a painfully slow retrieve, drawing strikes from fish that won't commit to a straight-swimming bait. It is supplied here across the full Universal and Japan Special colour range.
