The Nikko Craw 2.4in (ニッコークロー 2.4インチ) is Nikko Kasei's compact soft-plastic crayfish bait, formulated with shrimp powder. It is a smaller-format version of the maker's 3.2in Nikko Craw, with the thickness of each part and the overall balance re-optimised rather than simply scaled down, so the smaller size keeps the same fish-drawing appeal and cover-evasion ability as the original.
It targets largemouth bass, rockfish and chinu (black sea bream), and Nikko Kasei highlights its durability: in chinu fishing, where a crayfish worm's claws are often torn off, the claws hold up to repeated casting without tearing.
