When to throw it

Aji fishing in areas with noticeable tidal movement — harbour mouths, current seams and breakwaters — where a bait that reads the flow naturally out-fishes one with a busier, more artificial action.

How to work it

A slow, steady retrieve lets the tail work with the current rather than against it; keep rod movement minimal and let the tide provide most of the action.
