Description

The Deep Cra-Pea LC MAX SS (ディープクラ・ピー LC MAX SS) is the long-cast, slow-sinking flagship of Lucky Craft's Cra-Pea MAX series, an evolution of their area-crank mainstay. At 37.5mm and 5.0g, its large lip gives strong water resistance that allows an extremely slow retrieve while holding a target depth of around 2m, combining water displacement, wave action and posture change to draw reaction bites from inactive trout. It runs on #5/#5 hooks and uses a weight-transfer system for long casts, making it a tournament-favoured model for large ponds and windy conditions. The recommended technique is a long cast, a fall to the bottom, then a slow retrieve with the rod tip raised so the lure lightly scrapes the bottom.
