BamBluz EXTRO SLJ (バンブルズエクストロ SLJ) is JACKALL's dedicated Super Light Jigging (SLJ) rod within the BamBluz offshore jigging line. Aimed at near-shore areas nationwide, it covers targets ranging from migratory buri/hamachi (yellowtail) to isaki, madai (red sea bream), aji (horse mackerel) and saba (mackerel), as well as rockfish such as kijihata (grouper) and kasago (scorpionfish).

The blank is built with JACKALL's EXTRO-S construction — a solid carbon core wrapped in carbon sheet — combining delicate sensitivity with the strength to handle an unexpectedly large fish during an SLJ session.

What it's built for

Near-shore super-light jigging covering migratory buri/hamachi (yellowtail), isaki, madai, aji and saba, plus rockfish such as kijihata and kasago.

How it fishes

Work light SLJ jigs on a rhythmic jigging stroke close to structure or bait schools, with enough backbone in reserve for a larger pelagic surprise.

The setup it likes

Pairs with a small SLJ spinning or baitcast reel, light PE braid (around PE0.6-1.0) and a fluorocarbon leader.
