Description

The 26 BIN-BIN STICK EXTRO (26 Bin-Bin Stick Extro) uses Jackall's EXTRO construction — a carbon solid core wrapped in sheets of differing elasticity — redesigned this generation to run thinner and sharper while holding onto the strength needed for fast-current deep dotera and rocky bottoms where large sea bream hold, letting anglers fish situations beyond what a standard tairaba rod can handle.

Four models make up the range: BSX-C511UL (5'11", Ultra Light), BSX-C69L (6'9", Light), BSX-C63ML (6'3", Medium Light) and BSX-C67M (6'7", Medium), 2-piece construction rated PE #1.2-1.5.

Information

The blank

EXTRO construction wraps a carbon-solid core in sheets of differing elasticity, redesigned this generation to run thinner and sharper while keeping the strength to handle fast-current deep dotera and rocky bottoms.

What it's built for

Suited to tairaba grounds beyond a standard rod's comfort zone - fast-current deep dotera drifting and rocky bottoms where large sea bream hold.

How it fishes

Work a tai-rubber jig on a lift-and-fall retrieve, using the sharper, thinner blank to keep contact with the jig in current while still absorbing a large fish's fight.

The setup it likes

Pairs with a small-to-mid tairaba baitcast reel, PE1.2-1.5 braid and a fluorocarbon leader suited to large sea bream.
