Dilemma POPPER 70 (ジレンマポッパー70) is Imakatsu's 70mm, 6.6g floating topwater, developed by Naoyuki Mihara as a longer-casting, more powerful upgrade of the original 60mm Dilemma Popper. This is the BreamGOAT! collaboration release.

A rear-weighted, upright floating posture adds casting distance. Slow twitches bring out the popper's splash-and-dive action; faster twitching switches it into a dog-walk-and-dive pattern with spray, mimicking baitfish darting across the surface. The maker positions it as a versatile topwater for covering wide areas at varied speeds, from shore or boat, including feeding-boil situations.
