Description

A heavy single hook from Gamakatsu's P-Flex range (item code 42-717), built with a whipped root-wrap shank construction that Gamakatsu says dramatically reduces fish escaping. It is offered in four sizes — 2/0 and 3/0 rated to PE25, stepping up to 4/0 and 5/0 rated to PE30.

Gamakatsu highlights the deep hook penetration and low pull-out that comes from using a single hook, along with strong snag resistance around structure when the hook is fished on minnow plugs, as well as on topwater lures. Suited to shore and offshore jigging & casting.
