Description
Rufen is an I-shape topwater plug developed for pressured water, using an ultra-fine brush-fibre tail (the same fine PET fibre used in paintbrushes) to produce a micro-vibration while the body itself swims dead straight with no action of its own. At 70 mm and 3.6 g, it's a floating bait that runs on the surface or just beneath it.
It's worked as a steady retrieve that raises a surface wake, or with continuous twitches and twitch-and-pause pauses. An assist hook (not included) can be added to fish it just subsurface in tougher conditions.
