The Daiwa 21SALTIGA IC 100PL-DH is a baitcasting reel from the SALTIGA IC line, a sensitivity-focused model built around PE0.8–1.5 line for tai-rabu (tai jigging) and super light jigging (SLJ), tracking current changes and bottom contact through steady, same-depth retrieves.

Standard body weight is 300 g, with a 4.8:1 gear ratio, 54 cm of line retrieved per handle turn, 13-ball/1-roller bearings and a maximum drag force of 7 kg.
