Description
Minizo 45 (ミニゾー45) is a completely floating topwater plug from BlueBlue, purpose-built for mebaru (Japanese rockfish) light game fishing. Developed from the Chupazo pencil, its draft, water-pushing sensation and landing sound have been refined specifically for wary, bait-selective mebaru so it can be worked without spooking them.
The 45mm body keeps a steady swaying action even while stationary, sending out waves that continue to draw strikes during a pause. It can be fished on a straight retrieve, with a "chon-chon-chon" twitch-and-pause cadence, or left to sit on long holds. Rigged with a #0 ring and #12x2 trebles.
