Bassday Mononofu OOMASU 70S

Bassday Mononofu OOMASU 70S (もののふ 大鱒 70S) is a native-trout sinking minnow from Bassday's Mononofu series, designed with medium-sized-river large trout (oomasu) in mind, for mid-stream, main-river, and lake fishing.

Rather than today's popular heavy-sinking minnow style, it uses a horizontal-fall, natural-sinking design that lets the lure ride the current naturally, like a weakened baitfish struggling downstream. Its balance and lip shape hold up well against current and keep the lure in the target range while keeping retrieve resistance light and easy to control. A fat body with a large air chamber, combined with a low center-of-gravity weight, gives it a sharp rolling action even while sinking, and its fixed-weight, fat 7.7g body flies with a stable attitude so it can be cast to the target spot without stress.
