Description
The Angler'z System BUX 8.0g is a native-model spoon in the front-wide BUX line, measuring 49.5mm long by 16.2mm wide — a shape shared identically with the 11.0g version of BUX, cast in this case in the lighter of the two weights. Rather than tapering wide at the tail like a conventional spoon, BUX carries its width at the front of the blade, so the lure noses down and holds its line on the retrieve instead of rising to the surface.
Development of BUX began in June 2003, and Angler'z System describes the series as the world's first front-wide spoon. Built for native trout fishing in rivers and streams, this 8.0g size is offered across the full official BUX colour range — flashing metallics, a double-sided pattern, and a shell finish.
