Description

The Xesta SLOW EMOTION Limited 60 (スローエモーション リミテッド60) is Xesta's flagship slow pitch jerking rod blank, built to pursue "ultimate operability" by achieving both high sensitivity and high rebound in a single blank.

The rod uses a T-DPS20 grip design sized for large reels, titanium KW guides (SiC-S) at the butt and tip with a titanium KG top guide, a grip joint system, and a carbon end grip that Xesta states is used specifically to transmit line and jig feedback back to the angler.

This listing covers the B601 (PE1.5, max jig 200g), B602 (PE2.0, max jig 250g) and B603 (PE2.5, max jig 300g) line-class models from the Limited 60 range.

What makes it different

Built to fish, not just to sell

The blank

Xesta's flagship slow-pitch jerking blank, built to combine high sensitivity with high rebound through a T-DPS20 large-reel grip, titanium SiC-S guides and a carbon end grip designed specifically to transmit line and jig feedback to the angler.

What it's built for

A dedicated slow-pitch jigging series graded by line class — B601 (PE1.5, 200g max), B602 (PE2.0, 250g max) and B603 (PE2.5, 300g max) — for matching blank power to jig weight and depth.

How it fishes

Built around slow-pitch jerk-and-fall technique, relying on blank rebound to animate the jig and transmitting subtle bites back through the carbon end grip, letting anglers feel exactly how the jig is behaving below.

The setup it likes

Pair with a lever-drag slow-jigging reel matched to the model's PE class, and a fluorocarbon leader suited to depth and structure, choosing B601, B602 or B603 by the line class and jig weight needed.

FAQ

What does the power rating (UL, L, M, MH) actually mean?

JDM power letters often run lighter than the same letter on a US or Australian blank. The honest spec is the lure-weight range in grams on each listing — match that to what you throw, and use the letter as a tiebreaker.

How do I read Japanese rod lengths?

Japanese lengths are written in feet and inches as a decimal: 6.6 reads as 6 feet 6 inches, not six-point-six feet.

One-piece or multi-piece for travel?

Two-piece and telescopic travel rods pack shorter and ship more easily. One-piece blanks feel cleaner, but long parcels can attract courier length surcharges and some carriers route them more slowly.

What warranty or service do imported rods have?

There is no local service centre for a JDM rod. Repairs go back to Japan, usually with a fee and a multi-week turnaround — we state that plainly so you can weigh it before you buy.

Will a one-piece rod cost more to ship?

It can. Long parcels attract courier length surcharges on some routes and can move through fewer carriers. Any shipping cost shows at checkout before you pay — no surprises after the order.
