Description

The DRS-40F Drifthook Plug Assist Medium is part of Vanfook's Drifthook for Plug range, purpose-built for stream fishing with a looped-eye assist design rather than the usual live-bait-hook heritage of most assist hooks. It is finished in Fusso Black PTFE, with a curved point, micro barb and medium wire class.

It is designed to fish small waters such as headstreams, brooks and narrow streams overhung by branches and leaves, and is aimed mainly at minnows around 50mm, though its small looped eye lets it work on lures under 40mm too. Vanfook designed the forming specifically to pick up even tiny follow-up bites and unexpected strikes.
