Koucho's three-stage sliding sections extend to a fixed length per size, from a compact 53cm glass-tipped rod up to a 2.7m general model, giving a simple, direct feel with no reel or line management needed.

Built for casual, small-space fishing such as rice-paddy channels and narrow drainage waterways, where a full spinning outfit is impractical and portability matters more than casting range.

How it fishes

Fish it as a simple pole rod, lowering and lifting bait or a small lure by hand and matching the pole size chosen to the water's width and depth rather than casting.

The setup it likes

No reel is needed; rig a short length of light 1–2lb line directly to the tip, sized to the pole length chosen.

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 5 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

10 to 20 business days on Standard (tracked) or Economy, or 3 to 7 business days on Express EMS with tracking and insurance. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

VAT is collected at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine Japanese stock?

Yes. Every item is the Japanese domestic release with the original JAN barcode, sourced from an authorised Japanese distributor, never grey imports or marketplace resellers.
