Tachibure (タチブレ) is a tuning blade from Sugihara Sangyo's Cedar field brand that clips onto a metal jig for easy tuning. It is positioned so the blade spins freely without catching on the jig body or rear hook, and its flashing action reduces jig loss while appealing to distant fish and drawing them into a bite; the maker recommends it for tachiuo (largehead hairtail) jigging as well as shore jigging.
