TROUTIN' SPIN REALFLEX (トラウティンスピンリアルフレックス), supervised by Hitoshi Hiramoto, is Smith's native-trout spinning rod built around "committing to realism."

Its core feature is a smooth bend transition from tip to belly, letting the rod absorb the changes an angler actually meets streamside — different lure weights on a lure change, different water grip from lure to lure, different current pressure at different cast angles — without feeling awkward. The belly section handles short lob casts comfortably, while the blank's elasticity makes long casts effortless. Twitch, shake and lift-and-fall actions come through cleanly via a tip tuned to sensitively catch the lure biting the water.

All models are 2-piece; blank material is 30t+40t carbon graphite plus woven graphite; guides are Fuji MNST plus small K-guides (SiC), titanium frame except the butt guide. A neodymium magnet hook keeper (patent pending) is built into the front cork.
