Shimano Ocea Stinger Butterfly TG Gatling 120G

The Stinger Butterfly TG Gatling (スティンガーバタフライ TGガトリング), model JT-812Q at 120g, is a multi-faceted, short-body jig with an internal high-density tungsten weight that concentrates the centre of gravity for an easy-to-trigger action and a compact profile suited to micro-bait patterns. The faceted body is reflective on all sides (top, bottom, left and right) to scatter light across a wide area, and a slightly concave side-flat section improves the jig's grip on the water. A tungsten composite, left-right symmetrical, rear-weighted design gives a fast fall that suits straight, tight jerks from a no-slack retrieve through half-pitch and short-pitch actions.

Shimano lists it as effective for tachiuo (タチウオ/hairtail), seabass (シーバス), madai (マダイ/red seabream), isaki (イサキ/grunt), aomono (青物/blue-water species) and nezakana (根魚/rockfish), and notes it pairs well with a rear-eye "Blade Tune" setup for deep blade jigging.
