Description

The PLAYS 4000 (プレイズ 4000) is Shimano's new basic-model electric reel for stepping up to bigger, deeper boat fishing. A rigid, lightweight HAGANE aluminium-frame body resists flex under heavy load, and built-in S A-RB bearings add corrosion durability. Line capacity of PE5-600m/PE6-500m/PE8-300m/PE10-270m and a practical retrieve power of 10kg cover targets from warasa (ワラサ/young yellowtail) and buri (ブリ/yellowtail) up to larger kanpachi (カンパチ/greater amberjack) and hiramasa (ヒラマサ/yellowtail amberjack), as well as surume-ika (スルメイカ/Japanese flying squid) multi-hook fishing and mid-deep targets like akamutsu (アカムツ/blackthroat seaperch) and light-deep kinmedai (キンメダイ/splendid alfonsino).
