Description

The Rapala Pro Guide Plastic Fish Holder (プロガイドプラスティックフィッシュホルダー) was designed for the gentlest, safest landing of a catch. Its flexible resin jaw grips only the fish's mouth without direct hand contact, minimising damage on releases, and it also protects delicate species that bruise easily from handling, such as squid and mackerel.

It gives a secure hold on fish anglers would rather not touch bare-handed: sharp-toothed species such as beltfish (tachiuo) and flounder (hirame); venomous species such as rabbitfish (aigo) and striped eel catfish (gonzui); spiny species such as flathead (magochi) and seabass; and slippery species such as eel and wrasse.

The rust-proof body is made entirely from a special resin, holds fish up to 10kg, and is light enough to float if dropped in the water. The pivot point has a luminous (glow-in-the-dark) treatment for easy handling while night fishing. Model: RFH, 19.5cm, 67g.
