Description
The Palms Grand Bites BREAK HEAD (グランバイツ ブレイクヘッド) is a swimming popper built for large pelagic gamefish (aoumono) such as hiramasa (yellowtail amberjack). Its slim body carries an upper-wide cup face that produces strong bubbling on the retrieve, and a near-vertical floating posture reduces missed strikes while staying controllable even when fished from elevated rock-shore positions. Edge shaping on the belly cuts resistance on water entry, giving continuous popping or long-jerking retrieves a natural wobbling action.
A bulkhead-reinforced body and wire-through eyes are built to stand up to large migratory fish. This BKH-135 model is 135mm, weighing 40g body-only or 48g with its standard-equipped hooks. It floats, and is offered in 13 colours.
