Description

The JH-88 Balancer Head is a micro finesse jighead built around a tiny balancer weight set behind the hook eye, sized down to 0.1g increments. Owner designed it to suit float rigs, sliding-shot rigs, and casting-float set-ups where a very light, subtly weighted head is needed at the terminal end.

The small balancer weight keeps the head sitting in a natural horizontal posture even in the soft current seams and tide edges where finicky fish hold, so bites register clearly on rigs that would otherwise struggle to present bait at this weight. It is aimed at horse mackerel and rockfish fishing.
