SKUAD：スイスイGIGA (スイスイGIGA) is Legit Design's 3.5inch soft-plastic bait in the SKUAD saltwater lineup, developed for bachi-con aji fishing and tuned to draw giant aji (ギガアジ).

The body uses a super-soft, floating material with a deep ribbed structure, built around a contrast between stillness and motion: it responds instantly to rod action, then settles into a near-horizontal drift during pauses to trigger a strike.

The swimming action

A super-soft, floating material with a deep ribbed structure responds instantly to rod twitches, then settles into a near-horizontal drift during pauses, built around the contrast between sudden motion and stillness to trigger a strike.

When to throw it

Developed for bachi-con ajing, fished around light sources at night when big aji are keyed on drifting bachi (shrimp and worm hatch) and want a slow, natural fall rather than fast movement.

How to work it

Twitch the rod to trigger a burst of action, then let the bait pause and drift horizontally on slack line; most bites come during the drift, so avoid moving it too soon.

The setup it likes

A light bachi-con or aji rod, 2000-2500 reel, PE 0.3-0.6 line and a fine fluorocarbon leader suit this floating presentation, usually rigged on a light jig head or under a float.
